1. General Questions

  • How do I track my order? 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking ID and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

  • Do I need an account to place an order? 

While you can browse as a guest, creating an account helps you track orders, save multiple addresses, and enjoy faster checkouts.

  • Can I change my delivery address after placing an order? 

You can update your address before the order is packed. Please contact our support team immediately or check the 'Order Details' section.


2. Payments and Pricing

  • What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card on Megamart?

 Yes, we use industry-standard SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to ensure your transaction details are 100% safe.

  • Are there any hidden charges? 

No, the price you see at checkout is final. It includes GST and any applicable taxes. Delivery charges (if any) are shown clearly before payment.


3. Shipping and Delivery

  • How long does delivery take? 

Typically, orders are delivered within 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 days for other regions.

  • Do you deliver internationally? 

Currently, Megamart only ships within India.

  • What happens if I miss my delivery? 

Our courier partner will attempt to deliver up to three times. If still unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be initiated.


4. Returns and Cancellations

  • How do I cancel my order? 

You can cancel your order from the 'My Orders' section as long as it has not been shipped.

  • What is your return policy? 

We offer a 7-day return policy for most items. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please refer to our detailed Return Policy page for more info.

  • When will I receive my refund? 

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check.
